Balanced XLR is a professional audio connection that uses 3 wires (signal+, signal-, ground) instead of the 2 used by RCA. Balanced connections reject noise and interference, giving you cleaner sound — especially over long cable runs.
Balanced XLR is an audio connection standard originally from professional recording that uses 3 conductors per channel: signal positive, signal negative (inverted), and ground shield. The receiver flips the negative signal and combines it with the positive — any noise picked up on both wires cancels out.
